Head Chef, OwnerColeen’s 30-year career in food and deep roots in the Raleigh community (along with her accounting degree from Loyola University) have helped to make PoshNosh one of the most successful and innovative catering operations in the Triangle area. Now, with the addition of Hummingbird and Whitaker & Atlantic, Coleen has expanded her unique vision to include an intimate cocktail bar and a versatile event space. Coleen personally oversees the day to day operations of each of these enterprises.
